Sprint Fidelis MDL Claims Ruled Preempted Under Federal Law
MINNEAPOLIS - The federal judge in the Medtronic Sprint Fidelis Leads multidistrict litigation ruled Jan. 5 that all claims in the plaintiffs' master consolidated complaint are preempted by federal law (In Re: Medtronic, Inc. Sprint Fidelis Leads Products Liability Litigation, No. 08-md-1905-RHK-JSM, D. Minn.).
