Magistrate Establishes Protocol For Search Of Defendants' Servers
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Unsatisfied with the ability of the parties in an employment discrimination suit to agree on a protocol for the search for responsive electronically stored information, a federal magistrate judge on Oct. 29 took it upon himself to establish the parameters of the search of the defendants' servers to determine if any information has been lost or destroyed.
