FedEx Appeals $366M Retaliation Judgment For Former Employee

Mealey's (February 3, 2023, 11:49 AM EST) -- HOUSTON — FedEx Corporate Services Inc. filed a notice of appeal on Feb. 2 in a federal court in Texas, the same day that a judge in that court issued a final judgment ordering that a former employee who accused the shipping giant of racial discrimination and retaliation should recover more than $366 million, despite FedEx’s claim that it should be awarded judgment as a matter of law following the jury verdict....
