(April 25, 2023, 10:47 AM EDT) -- CHARLESTON, S.C. — A law firm on April 24 filed 17 complaints in South Carolina federal court against 3M Co., E.I. du Pont de Nemours and other companies for injuries from exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in the firefighting agent known as aqueous film forming foam (AFFF).
