(BLM GNF) filed a complaint in California state court accusing another nonprofit, Tides Foundation, of “egregious mismanagement” of more than $33 million in charitable funds that BLM GNF says Tides refuses to return and continues to profit off of, in violation of California’s banking laws and unfair competition law (UCL)....
