( December 10, 2025, 1:26 PM EST) -- ANN ARBOR, Mich. — The U.S. government has filed a reply brief in Michigan federal court arguing that the court should dismiss the claims of minor bellwether plaintiffs in the Flint water contamination lawsuit for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the plaintiffs have not established any of the three requirements for Good Samaritan liability.
