( March 11, 2026, 1:53 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) on March 10 announced in a press release that in the last three weeks it has approved 649 settlement offers for claimants worth $175 million under its Elective Option (EO) program to settle claims filed pursuant to the Camp Lejeune Justice Act (CLJA).
