LOUIS — The Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Sept. 25 denied rehearing en banc to a personal protective equipment (PPE) retailer after a divided panel affirmed a Missouri federal court’s order permanently enjoining the retailer from any further sales of PPE and ordering it to turn over $14,651,185.42 to the Federal Trade Commission to be used as equitable relief for failing to fulfill orders within the retailer’s advertised timeframe during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic....
