DuPont de Nemours & Co. for contamination from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances XE "per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances"  (PFAS), ruling that “in contrast to what little prejudice may be felt by Moving Defendants if the case goes forward as planned, the prejudice felt if the stay is granted could potentially be large.”...
