EPA Says Prior ‘Issuance Of Regulatory Determinations’ On PFAS Was ‘In Error’

( March 11, 2026, 1:25 PM EDT) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has filed a notice in the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals indicating that there are portions of the EPA’s final brief that the agency no longer advances in its dispute with water agencies over the “PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation” related to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).  The agency says its prior “issuance of regulatory determinations” was “in error.”...
