( May 1, 2025, 11:45 AM EDT) -- GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and environmental groups, which are intervenor defendants, on April 30 separately filed briefs in Michigan federal court arguing that it should dismiss a case challenging the constitutionality of the methane waste emissions charge levied under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
